About the Marantec Digital 392 (433 MHz)

This small keyring handset has a plain grey finish all over and runs a fixed 433 MHz Multi-Bit code. It’s built for Marantec or third-party operators fitted with a matching 433 MHz Multi-Bit receiver, and it won’t operate an 868 MHz opener.

Is this your remote?

Look on the label or the back of the remote for:

433,92 MHzMulti-Bit

What it looks like: A small keyring handset in a plain grey finish all over.

Don’t mix it up: It looks identical to the 868 MHz Digital 392, but that one has a darker back rather than plain grey all over, and the two won’t work each other’s openers.

Also sold as: Digital 392, D392-433.

Still not sure? Upload a photo below and we’ll match it, or send it and we’ll check it by hand.

What it works with

  • Marantec or third-party operators with a 433 MHz Multi-Bit receiver

How it’s set up

This is a fixed-code remote: it sends the same signal every time, so you set it to match the code your door already uses, either by copying it from your current remote or by setting the same code inside it. Rolling code vs fixed code explains the difference.

We email simple steps for your system with every order, and if it won’t pair, email us and we’ll walk you through it.

Seen it cheaper somewhere else?

Check it’s the genuine Marantec remote. Many cheaper listings are copies or “compatible” remotes, not the manufacturer’s own. A genuine Marantec remote has the Marantec name on it, usually on the front or on the label on the back, along with the model name. With a fixed-code system a copy can sometimes work, but it isn’t the manufacturer’s remote and quality varies, so check the listing says genuine and the photos show the Marantec name.

Every remote we sell is the genuine Marantec remote, with set-up help included.
